Please read these terms carefully before using Civora
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Civora field work management platform ("Service") operated by Civora Tech ("we," "our," or "us"), accessible at civoratech.in. By accessing or using Civora, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Civora is a cloud-based field work management platform designed for civil site engineers and construction project managers. The platform provides tools for daily site entry logging, Bill of Quantities (BOQ) tracking, project progress monitoring, engineer activity management, and automated WhatsApp notifications for site updates and inactivity alerts.
To use Civora, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
When using Civora, you agree to:
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all data submitted through Civora, including work quantities, site photographs, GPS locations, and project details. Civora serves as a record-keeping tool and does not independently verify the accuracy of submitted data. Organizations using Civora should implement their own data validation procedures.
By using Civora, you consent to receiving automated WhatsApp messages related to your site activities, including entry-submitted alerts to administrators, entry-rejected and onboarding messages to engineers, and site-inactivity alerts. These notifications are sent via Meta's WhatsApp Business API and are subject to Meta's terms and policies. You may opt out of WhatsApp notifications by contacting us, but this may limit certain platform functionality.
The Civora platform, including its design, code, features, logos, and content, is the intellectual property of Civora Tech and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without our written permission.
You retain ownership of all data and content you submit through Civora, including site entries, photographs, and project information. By submitting content to Civora, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services. We will not use your content for any other purpose without your consent.
Your use of Civora is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using Civora, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Civora platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Civora Tech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months. Civora is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
We may suspend or terminate your access to Civora at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of Civora after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
